Move-In Frequently Asked Questions

What should I bring with me? What’s already provided?

The apartment comes fully furnished! We provide a couch, armchair, coffee table, smart tv, dining room kitchen set, bed frame,  mattress, desk and desk chair, and a dresser.  You will want to bring any and all cooking supplies (including pots and pans) and any decorations you may want in your new home.

Can I move in early?

We will know what the availability will be for early move ins closer to August 1st. We may ask for a reason as to why the early move request is being made.

Where do I park during move-in?

You may park in the underground parking lot. Please enter through the north entrance to help the flow of traffic. Only 1 vehicle per resident will be allowed on the property at a time to ensure there is enough parking for all residents. Once you are done moving in we ask that you move your car off the property to allow for others to be able to move in.

Will someone help me find my apartment or give me a tour?

We have 4 amazing community leaders that can help answer property related questions and show you to your apartment. Any questions other than directions and property information should be directed to office staff.

Who are my roommates and how do I contact them?

Once you are placed in our property management software you will receive an email with your apartment number, bedroom assignment, and roommate information.

Can I request a room change if there's a problem?

We ask that all room change requests be made prior to August 1st as we will not have any open rooms upon move-in day.

Where do I get my mail and packages?

Packages shipped from carriers other than USPS will arrive at your front door. All mail through USPS will be placed in your mailbox by building 2 unless it is oversized and then it will be delivered to your door. We do not accept or sign for packages on your behalf.

Is Wi-Fi included? How do I connect?

Wi-Fi is part of your communication package. You will need to provide your own router. Each room has its own ethernet port so it is up to you if you would like your own router or share with your neighbors. To activate your ethernet port you will contact SenaWave once you have picked up your keys and let them know your unit number and bedroom letter. They will activate your port over the phone.

When is rent due, and how do I pay it?

Your first month of rent will be due on August 1st. It is a full month of rent because your lease runs August 15th, 2025- August 7th, 2026. You pay 12 installments of rent over the course of your lease. You can pay online through your resident portal or bring in a cashiers check.
